With the call out of the patients names perhaps they could be put them on the TV screens that are already installed as well as reading out aloud. Perhaps use a numbering system McDonald's style that is connected to the booking system.
- Tracie Hailey Added October 31, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Expected a wait due to bulk billing but waiting area has no heating - absolutely freezing! 6 degrees! Just makes people even more grumpy about waiting! I can't believe that in such a modern, new building they made the decision not to put in heating. This shows that management is more concerned with profit than people. Very sad for to be happening. By the way, wait time has been 1.5hrs and still waiting.....if I'm not sick now, I will be from waiting in the cold! WEAR WARM CLOTHES Or find somewhere else in winter.
