I have trained at many gyms and martial arts facilities over the years, but Knockout is hands down the best place to train. The facilities are first class and the trainers are fantastic and extremely helpful and supportive. The atmosphere is very positive, no egos, and its a safe and friendly environment to train in. Do yourself a favour and book yourself into a class. If you want to get fit or become a fighter, Knockout has you covered. I highly recommend Knockout Fitness and Boxing to everyone.
