    Big w or big loosers

    Bought a printer ink from there and when I reached home I realised I bought the cartridge 640 instead of 645.
    So in 10 minutes i am there again to return it.
    They completely refused to do so as they so the box has been opened but the ink was not even it touched as i realised it was the wrong one.

    Staff at the counter really lacks customer service standards. Really a rip off.
    Will not be stepping again in life at there door.
