  I normally do not wish to give only one star for any business but I really wish I’ve read the reviews before making any booking. The management of wait list and switching lessons after upgrading to a new level is totally and unbelievably frustrating. Nightmare every time as No effective communication between reception and team leader or coach. Experienced three times of miscommunication and misinformation provided and no one can make the job done. Plus, they don’t refund and makeup lessons can only be used within 48 days! My personal rating for this place is 1.0 and this one point given to coaches only as they are just doing their job.

  I am changing my initial review because I think it should reflect the service provided not the facilities. The instructors are very good as they spend good quality time with the kids on technique. However the evaluation is the complete opposite. The so called "Team Leaders" turn up when they feel like to evaluate, takes notes and hardly gives any feedback to the kids or instructors. When we question about this they say all evaluation feedback is provided back to the instructors so they can work with the kids on things to improve. This doesn't happen at all. Every evaluation has different feedback and sometimes successive evaluation has conflicting entries. They say that if the Parents need the feedback can be emailed, but what use is this? Shouldn't the feedback go to the instructors and kids properly at the time of evaluation? For a better outcome and enjoyment of the classes the swim school should give the evaluation process to the instructors who are doing the lessons with the kids not some random leader who just takes notes and keep to themselves. Unless the objective of the swim school is to simply hold back kids in their level using an artificial barrier.

  Great instructors. They worked really hard to be supportive and positive with my son who as a toddler was just starting water awareness classes. He struggled a lot with tantrums and fear of some of the exercises, and the swim staff were very understanding and offered lots of different approaches to try to overcome. Classes were well sized and easy to join. Prices are reasonable. The only issue I had is with the waiting list which I had to chase up a few times to get a response.

  Some teachers are unprofessional teacher with no control of the class. Some teachers are good.
  Totally agree with reviews about rude stuff and manager.
  Hard to get two make-up classes, apparently, bad luck if your kid gets sick more than one week.
  I won't use this Just Swimming for sure. We deserve better.

  My daughter has been going to Just Swimming Nunawading since she was 1 and she is 11 now! My son has been taking lessons there from 1.5 years (he’s just over 2). The teachers are amazing, my children have learnt so much from there. The reception people are the best! Shout out to: Glen, Jono, Claire, Chloe & Sophie. If you want to get your child into swimming lessons I would highly recommend trying Just Swimming Nunawading!

  Swimming teachers are good, but the admin staffs are very rude. Lisa is very rude. they don't do replacement of lost cards. they don't accept bookings without my credit card numbers.
  I stay with it just because of the good teachers and location.
